18th-30th Tarragona City – Roman Festival
Tarragona’s Roman legacy comes to life in almost 2 weeks of activities: parades, historic re-enacments, special exhibitions, guided tours, open days in the museum, food and drink.
30th Honey Festival Arnes, Terra Alta.
Stalls and entertainments. Buy honey and honey products. Reduced price into the Honey Museum.
JUNE
Sunday 13th, Miravet Cherry Fiesta
Held in Plaza del Arenal -the main square overlooking the river. Local growers exhibit varieties of cherries. Share in the Giant Paella for lunch (10E) or take your own picnic and enjoy the music and fun.
JULY
4th – 10th International Fireworks Competition -Tarragona City
The skies light up over Playa del Miracle beach as fireworks companies from around the world showcase their products and expertise. The competition winner gains the commission for the firework display at the Santa Tecla Festival
10th and 11th. Mora d’Ebre – Mora Morisca
A celebration of the Arabic, Jewish and Christian history of the town. Stalls, crafts, music, parades, street theatre and exhibitions.
